Is Dance Heads located in my area?
– Dance Heads Hawaii is based in Honolulu. We are travel all around the Island of Oahu: Honolulu, Waikiki, Kailua, Ko’Olina, Haleiwa, North Shore etc.

How much space does Dance Heads require?
– Dance Heads requires a space 10′ feet wide (preferably along a wall) by 10′ feet deep and 75” tall.  Also additional space for crowds to gather.

How long is your set-up time?
– We allow 1:30 – 2 hours to set-up and test our equipment.  We aim to be ready to go prior to any guests arriving.

Does the package include set-up time? Is there any additional fee?
– Our rates are based on the time that booth is fully built. We do not charge set up or tear down fees.

Will we need special electrical outlets?
– No, Dance Heads will run off an average 20 amp circuit. 110V.

Can Dance Heads be set up outside?
– Yes, but we will need a completely shaded area or a 10 X 15 tent.

How many people can participate in an hour?
– Dance Heads can accommodate approximately 30 to 50 individuals per hour or 10 to 17 groups.

Can Dance Heads only do groups of 3?
– No, all of the songs can be done with either 1, 2 or 3 people and each has about 9 different combinations ie. All men, all women, 1 man 2 women, etc.

What music videos do you have?
We have 56 individual videos.  Of each song, there are many boy-girl configurations. OUR SONG LIST.

Can Dance Heads be in the same room as a DJ?
– Since Dance Heads is only recording the video and not audio, background sound is not recorded.  When your guests play the video clip at home they will be hearing the original artists singing.

How loud is your music?
– We have volume control on our speakers that can be adjusted to suit your event.

Do you provide props for users?
– Yes, all our packages come with a variety of props (funny hats, party eyeglasses, wigs etc.)

Will someone be on-site with the booth?
– Yes. There will be a full-time attendant to assist guests and to make sure the booth operates properly throughout the event.

How early do I need to book my event?
– Naturally, the earlier the better. Some of our clients book us a year in advance to lock up their event date. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs, even if it is a last minute booking. We also can put a temporary hold on a date until a final decision is made.

What is the reservation procedure?
– Once you’re decided on the Dance Heads Video Booth package and all other details that you want for your event, I will send a contract for your review. A signed contract and paid security deposit of $300 can fully confirm your reservation.

Is the security deposit non-refundable?
– The security deposit is non-refundable, but we will allow CLIENT to reschedule the event within 6 months (subject to availability and execution of a new signed agreement).

Do you deduct the security deposit from the final price?
– Yes, the security deposit is deducted from the final price.

Do you offer customized packages?
– Yes, we do. You can initially decide on the length of time you will need our photo booth services then you can include some add-on features for an additional cost.
